Menu Calendar

Meals and snacks provided for children at Learning and Beyond Preschool, LLC will meet the U.S. Department of Agriculture Child Care Food Program minimum requirements. No child will go without nourishment for longer than 3 hours. Breakfast will be served until 7:30 a.m., morning snack between 9:30 and 9:45 a.m., lunch is served between 11:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. and afternoon snack between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Breakfast will be served between 6:30 am and 7:30am; it will consist of cereal, cinnamon toast, milk and juice. If you would like your child to eat after 7:30am please provide breakfast for them.

A morning snack will be served to children in preschool between 9:30 and 9:45. For children in Full-Time or Part-Time care will be provided with lunch, including milk will and will be provided by the preschool between 11:30 and 11:45. For Full-Time, Part-Time or After-School Care a snack will be provided at 2:30 and 3:00 depending on the age group. Each day the children have a fun time together around the table with their teacher as they snack or eat lunch. Meal and snack time teaches patience, manners, independence, language development and nutrition.

Meals and snacks will be prepared on the premises. Four one-week menus will be rotated, and are posted on the calendar below. The menu for the week will be posted on the refrigerator and the Parent Board.
